Golf courses: the best 18 holes in the world within 160 hectares of green

A project of over 900 hectares that includes 3 Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses:

• A Signature Principal course. This championship, par 72, course has 18 holes. It measures 6,900 metres from the furthest tee. It is the most ambitious course in the Condado occupying 96 hectares.
• Two Bear's Best courses (the first in Europe). Jack Nicklaus Bear's Best replicates the characteristics found in Bear's Best holes around the world, such as the desert-like holes in Arizona or Mexico. Each Bear's Best course offers a collection of 18 holes selected by Nicklaus from his 200+ designs. One of the courses includes the most famous holes in the desert and the second course has a collection of parklands. Bear's Best is a compilation of holes based on Nicklaus' designs, such as PGA West, Muirfield Village, Castle Pines and Gleneagles.

The abrupt hilly terrain guides the courses over subtle valleys and serpentine lakes and streams. Besides, each course has its own advanced irrigation system.

The Club House, with a Mediterranean architecture, is located atop a hill where there are beautiful views of the golf courses.
