Campos de Golf Campoamor

The Campoamor golf course is considered one of the best courses on the Mediterranean coast. It is a golf paradise with three 18-hole courses less than 1 km from each other. It has a top rated smooth, well maintained turf in excellent condition. Its vigour and lush greenness combined with the lakes sprinkled throughout the course creates a pleasant environment. The fairways, completely covered with lush grass, are very wide and take full advantage of the natural contour of the terrain.

To the well-attended existing native vegetation fifty different species of plants have been added, 90% of which are ornamental. Magnolias, eucalyptus, ficus-decora, palm trees, willow trees, olive trees and rose bushes are among the most colourful and splendid.

The special characteristics of this course provide difficult rounds for the more experienced players as well as simpler ones for the beginners. Therefore, each player can decide their own level of difficulty.

The course is diversified and although the slopes do not prove to be very difficult, it does require special skills to reach the greens as some are on high ground and protected by bunkers and exposed to the wind.

The holes in Campoamor Golf are scattered along two connected valleys and surrounded by small, short hills that protect them from the wind, creating a special micro-climate allowing for year round golf.
